Certain beach villas require a higher booking deposit than the £150 per person, which applies to the majority of our costa smeralda holidays. We will inform you if a higher deposit is required.

Print the booking form. You must check the 'I have read the Terms and Conditions' box before printing the form.

Complete and return the booking form with the appropriate deposit and insurance premium (if insurance required). The booking form should be faxed to Costa Smeralda Holidays at 0044 207 731 5305. We suggest the deposit is paid by credit card by phoning Costa Smeralda Holidays on 0044 207 493 8303. It can also be paid by bank transfer.

On receipt of the booking form we will send you our confirmation and account showing the balance which is due 8 weeks before departure. Certain villa owners require the balance more than 8 weeks before departure and we will inform you if this is the case in our confirmation document.

Tickets, itineraries, car hire and hotel vouchers etc. will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before departure.
