One of the few seaside houses available for rent on

the Costa Smeralda, with beautiful sea views and its

own pebble beach, Su Ginepri is ideal for a family.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The main costa smeralda villas has two double bedrooms, one air-

conditioned and both with terraces, two single bedrooms

and two bathrooms. It has an attractive living room with

separate dining area leading on to a large terrace, which

runs the length of the house. The guest cottage has two

double bedrooms and one bathroom. The two double

bedrooms have terraces and all the rooms have beautiful

views out to sea except one of the single bedrooms,

which faces inland.

OUTDOORS

For the last 10 years the law in Italy has not allowed

houses to be built within 300 metres of the sea and

Su Genepri, built 20 years ago, is one of the very few

seaside houses to rent on the Costa Smeralda. At the

bottom of the garden there is a pebble beach and the

has built a bathing platform in the surrounding rocks.

There are many sandy beaches in Liscia di Vacca bay

and the closest one to Su Genepri is a 5 minute walk

along a private road.
