which is hundreds of years old, but now offers excellent

comfort with every possible amenity.

THE ACCOMMODATION

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 bath

and 1 shower) on the ground floor and one double bedroom

with bathroom (shower) upstairs. The owner has retained

the original stone staircase, which is quite narrow and

awkward, and therefore not ideal for very small children.

Palazzeddu is very well furnished and equipped with

satellite TV, fax, separate laundry room and dishwasher.

OUTDOORS

Set in an acre of attractive gardens, the villa is on a hill

overlooking Pevero bay, half a mile away by road, and

has a lovely swimming pool surrounded by terraces.

There are wonderful views, not only of Pevero bay but also

over most of the Costa Smeralda coastline.
