Situated on the sea opposite Cervo Tennis Club,

La Residenza is less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of

Porto Cervo village. The apartments are built not in a block

but in groups on different levels and separated by gardens

and walkways. There is a swimming pool (in use early

June to late September).
