A very pretty villa in Porto Cervo, the central village of

the Costa Smeralda with a large garden, which is ideal

for children and 2 minutes walk to the white sandy beach

shown in the picture above left.

THE ACCOMODATION

This villa is beautifully furnished with three double bedrooms,

two with their own terrace and each with bathroom, one

single bedroom (which could be a double for two children)

with washroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher,

washing machine etc. and a very attractive drawing room

and dining area. The villa is air conditioned.

OUTDOORS

There are spacious, part covered, very comfortable terraces

and a large lawned garden. A lovely white sandy beach is

just 80 metres down a path from the front gate.(see picture).

The villa is in a private residential area with no through traffic

and less than a five minute walk from one of the most

exclusive marinas in the Mediterranean.
