Set by a perfect, small, white sandy beach and generally

considered to have the best location of any Costa Smeralda villas, Elephant Beach is a large and very

comfortable villa with long outdoor terraces.

THE ACCOMODATION

The villa, arranged on two floors, has large, light and very

comfortable rooms. 4 of the 5 double bedrooms are on the

first floor, two with their own terrace and with 3 bathrooms.

Downstairs there is another bedroom and bathroom

leading on to the inner courtyard. There is a large living

room with separate dining area, a well equipped kitchen

and separate laundry room.

OUTDOORS

Generally considered to have the best location of any villa

on the Costa Smeralda, this was the first villa to be built

on the coast and the owner picked the best site. At the

entrance to Cala di Volpe bay, the villa is on a perfect,

small, white sandy beach, which can only be reached

through the villa gardens or from the sea. All beaches in

Italy are public but because of the nature of the

surrounding land, the villa’s beach, which is one of the

prettiest in Cala di Volpe, is virtually private. Elephant

Beach is in a residential area of large houses on the sea

with private roads and access through a custodian’s gate.

It has an attractive inner courtyard and terraces running

the length of the house which overlook the well-kept

gardens and the beach.
