This is a beautifully furnished and extremely well-equipped

villa situated right on the sea with access to small sandy

beach which can only be reached from the villa.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The villa is beautifully furnished with five double bedrooms;

five bathrooms, a huge living room leading on to terraces

and the garden, a kitchen equipped with every possible

accessory, separate laundry room and separate dining

area. This is probably the best equipped villa in our

brochure with a safe, satellite TV, a beach shower and

even an ice machine. The villa has a living-in maid/cook,

who looks after the house and does the shopping and

cooking. The maid has self-contained accommodation

near the kitchen and separate from the main living area.

The rent also includes a cleaner (not living in) who is at

the villa for 5 hours every weekday.

OUTDOORS

Right on the sea in Cala di Volpe bay you walk through

few pine trees in the villa grounds to a small sandy beach.

Although all beaches in Italy are public the Winspeare

beach can only be reached from the villa. The villa is a

five minute walk to the Cala di Volpe hotel.
