An exquisite small hotel offering privacy and effortless
luxury. Rene Lecler's '300 Best Hotels in the World'
describes the Pitrizza as "One of the nicest, most informal
and yet most elegant hotels I know in the Mediterranean. The Costa Smeralda has a lot of this of course but for me
the small Pitrizza is the best - a place where one lives
simply but gorgeously, comfortably and yet without any
of the trappings which appear necessary elsewhere".
Because the Pitrizza is small (52 rooms and suites) the service is really excellent and very friendly. The rooms are
situated in twelve small villas scattered amongst the
gardens with each one beautifully furnished with its own
small garden or private terrace.
The clubhouse with piano bar has a wonderfully spacious
terrace overlooking the sea and an intimate restaurant with
memorable food. The hotel has an unusual swimming pool
carved out of the rocks and next to its private white
sandy beach.
